the Regulation of
Liquefied Petroleum Gas
The Nevada Board for the Regulation of Liquefied Petroleum
Gas is a 6 member Board appointed by the
Governor to
oversee the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LP-Gas) Industry in the
State of Nevada. The Board is funded from fees collected from
the suppliers and distributors of LP-Gas within the State of
Nevada. The Board does
NOT receive funds from the State
general fund. The Board has
NOT raised fees to the industry it regulates for over 8
years, has no plans to increase fees during these tough economic
times and recently reduced fees.
